In life, change can be difficult, established patterns can lead us in directions we don’t fully understand. My process is to examine these patterns, smash the current paradigms, and look for other choices that will lead us to better outcomes.

Crisis to Clarity

Life is a struggle. Pain is pain. On my journey, I have faced my own life-altering challenges through love, loss, death, life transitions, and my own mistakes. Left to my own designs and guided by my inner world, I found myself in fearful “stuck” places that didn’t serve me well. Fear of change kept me trapped. Changing was difficult and I couldn’t do it on my own. Only by reaching out and smashing old paradigms, was I able to create a new self-awareness, new choices, new patterns, and new outcomes. I will always be on a journey of discovery but my current location is a place of peace and contentment. This process of discovery and change is why I am compelled to share it with you.

At the end of our process, my desire for you is that you have the clarity and confidence to push past limiting beliefs, let go of burdens, and feel understood, renewed, and confident. Let’s get started!

Areas of Focus

Life Crisis

We all experience difficulty in different seasons of our life. My personal experience informs my desire to make these difficult times more manageable and recoverable. We will examine ways to move past the frustration and confusion of feeling “stuck”.

Dealing with Anger

Our inability to regulate our emotions and deal with anger can prevent us from having the relationships and peace that we desire. We will develop strategies for getting in touch with emotions, dealing with anger, and creating healthy coping mechanisms.

Feeling Misunderstood

An inability to express ourselves is a barrier to being understood and having meaningful, fulfilling relationships. We will learn new ways to express who we are and devise new strategies to be heard and acknowledged.

Managing Stress

Life is difficult and old coping mechanisms create old results. I believe making different choices can result in different outcomes. The first step is creating comfort in our own skin and learning to let go of things that weigh us down and lead to unhealthy stress.

Facing Uncertainty

Our choices can lead us to a place of crisis. The uncertainty and stress of anxiety is toxic to our system. We will look at new ways to process anxiety in a more healthy, manageable way.

Repairing Relationships

Taking responsibility for our actions, apologizing, and seeing the other’s point of view, is the hardest thing to do in relationships. We will explore simple techniques to repair the connections with those we love.
